1/30/2024 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C arrived to the home of Ashiyah. Upon arrival to the home setting, Ashiyah appeared to be in a positive mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face. QMHP-C inquired about her day. Ashiyah verbalized to QMHP-C her day was going well. The purpose of this session was to educate Ashiyah on ways in which to appropriately handle and diffuse disputes with peers and adults while appropriately managing her anger at which mother reports behaviors last up to 10 minutes in duration. 2. Behavior: Ashiyah reports when she cannot have her way she will lash out on her peers as well as others within the home setting with behaviors lasting up to 10 minutes in duration. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C began the session by inquiring about Ashiyahâs current thoughts, feelings and emotions. QMHP-C initiated an individual session with participant based on conflict resolution, and expressing feelings of anger through appropriate verbalizations on a consistent basis. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C pointed out wrong doings and multiple opportunities to avoid the conflict. QMHP-C processed the incident while encouraging Ashiyah to accept responsibility for her actions and the role she played in the conflict. QMHP-C role played alternative ways to handle similar situations in the future. 1. Response: Ashiyah appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. Ashiyah presented as compliant and cooperative during todayâs session. Ashiyah appeared to be less irritable and agitated during todayâs session as evident by her body language and willingness to engage in discussion. Ashiyah openly discussed her negative behaviors as she was able to accept more responsibility than during previous conversations. 2. Response: Ashiyah was able to process positive ways to handle conflicts, however she is unable to demonstrate them behaviors while angered. She actively participated in role playing with QMHP-C.
